10 Class pass $120 (only yoga), good for 6 months

Classes are located at the only yoga studio in Tehachapi:

There is a two person minimum for each class - if less, class will be cancelled

All classes are open to every level of yogi - new, just started, seasoned practitioner - this is an open space for all. You will be taken care of in any and all of our classes!

Class Types:

Hot Power Flow (Power 45) : Structured around Baptiste Yoga’s Journey Into Power this class can be as fast or slow as your body needs that day - this is a great low impact form of exercise!

Vinyasa: body movement connected to breath in a creative sequence, all levels welcome!

Buti Yoga: This is a somatic movement practice that seamlessly fuses functional movement with cardio dance and mutli-dimensional strength training. This practice challenges the body across all planes of motion while engaging all of the senses in a sweat dripping, beat driven journey like no other!

Slow Flow: This can class can be as hard or easy as you need that day, its a slower paced flow than our Power Flow class but can still challenge you

Gentle Yoga: Restorative practice, very low intensity, great for stretching and re-centering

Strong + Soulful Flow: Vinyasa style class that builds whole-body strength and flexibility using a progression of intentional asanas (poses)

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga designed to allow us to connect more deeply with ourselves in body, mind, and spirit. Each class is 75minutes!

Zumba: Dance fitness that is choreographed to Latin inspired dance music as well as pop and more! This class is full of energy and fun!
